Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on major holidays.

 

If there is an emergency please call (904) 388-8686, dial 911, or go to a hospital emergency room.

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call our office in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. If a situation arises that is an emergency or requires urgent attention, we will make every effort to evaluate your problem in our office or at the hospital.

 

We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to complete all required forms.

 

On occasion, your physician may need to attend to an emergency that could impact your appointment. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible of any changes.

 

A Digestive Disease Consultant physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If necessary to call after office hours, leave your information with the answering service and a physician will return your call as soon as possible. To cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.
